Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 4th, 2026 at 22:00 CT
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, booking inquiries, consultations, quotes, invoices, services, and any culinary experiences provided by Bestow Culinaire.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, approving a quote, paying a deposit, signing an agreement, or accepting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Bestow Culinaire provides chef-curated culinary experiences, which may include private dining, event catering, weekly meal planning, pop-up dining, travel chef experiences, rental property catering, luxury real estate viewing catering, fridge stocking, grazing boards, and related culinary services.
All services are subject to availability, location, service scope, staffing, licensing requirements, and approval by Bestow Culinaire.
2. Booking Requests Are Not Guaranteed
Submitting a booking request or consultation does not guarantee service or reserve the requested date.
All booking requests are subject to review and approval. Bestow Culinaire reserves the right to decline a request if we are unable to properly accommodate the date, location, guest count, menu needs, service scope, staffing requirements, or other details.
A booking is confirmed only once:
The client agreement has been approved by both the Chef and the Client;
The required deposit has been received; and
Confirmation has been issued by Bestow Culinaire, LLC.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the details provided by the client, including service type, date, location, guest count, menu preferences, ingredients, dietary needs, rentals, staffing, travel, and add-ons.
Final pricing may vary based on booked services and selected add-ons. Groceries are not included in prices listed unless stated in writing.
Pricing may change if:
Guest count changes;
Menu selections change;
Premium ingredients are requested;
Staffing needs change;
Travel, parking, delivery, rentals, or special equipment are required;
Groceries or market-priced ingredients exceed expectations;
Additional services or add-ons are requested.
4. Deposits & Payment*
A deposit may be required to reserve a service date, if a deposit is required it must be made no later than 7 days prior to service date. Deposit amounts and final payment due dates will be stated in the quote, invoice, or client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due before service begins. Bestow Culinaire may pause planning, purchasing, preparation, or service if payment is not received on time.
*See Cancellations & Rescheduling section for more deposit and payment information
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because culinary services require planning, purchasing, scheduling, and staffing, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Deposits may become non-refundable once planning, purchasing, staffing, or preparation has begun. Clients may be responsible for costs already incurred, including but not limited to groceries, specialty ingredients, rentals, staffing commitments, travel, permits, administrative work, and preparation time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may require additional fees. See your client service contract for more information regarding cancellations, rescheduling and fees.
6. Guest Count & Final Details
Final guest count, menu choices, allergies, dietary needs, service details, location access, and event timing must be confirmed by the deadline listed in the client agreement or invoice. Additional guests or requests may incur additional charges.
Bestow Culinaire may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after confirmation.
7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, religious dietary needs, and medical dietary concerns before menu finalization. Bestow Culinaire will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs. However, unless specifically agreed in writing, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Cross-contact may occur. The client is responsible for communicating allergy and dietary information to all guests.
Bestow Culinaire, LLC. will not be held responsible should any allergies or dietary restrictions not be communicated beforehand.

9. Food Safety & Leftovers
Bestow Culinaire follows reasonable food safety practices during preparation, storage, transport, and service. Leftovers may be packaged at the client’s request when safe and appropriate. Once food is released to the client, we are not responsible for improper storage, handling, reheating, delayed refrigeration, or consumption after service.

11. Photography & Media
Bestow Culinaire may photograph or record food, table settings, event details, and behind-the-scenes content for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before service.
